I am not suggesting that they are all good. I am simply trying to get the most out of what you may be buying.
There are many products that claim to help you reduce stress but it is not always possible to do so. Some of the products listed above, such as Mood-E-Up, do work, and I am not saying that I recommend them. But I don't think that they have helped me in the long run. But I do recommend that if you want to try any of these products, read the label. I found that a couple of these products have been linked to some problems in the past. In the case of Mood-E-Up, it is said to cause some women's menstrual cramps and a few people have reported an increase in vaginal bleeding and other symptoms after using it. However, there have also been other cases where the claims have proven false. There is also the product "Vitamin D". The vitamin D does have anti-stress properties. But again, the quality of the ingredients used has to be verified. The Vitamin D has a great effect on the immune system, but it is difficult to know which products actually have it.
